The Zero Gravity Corporation, a space-tourism company currently providing weightless flights for paying customers out of 12 U.S. cities, is planning to launch a TV reality show (circa 2010) based on a new sport designed to be played in a zero-G environment. Coined "Space Champions", the show will chronicle the training of athletes to play "Paraball" (details unavailable) in a league initially comprised of eight teams. Zero Gravity Corporation plans on having an inflatable habitat orbiting the Earth by the end of the decade for holding a championship game, with season games being played on airplanes conducting roller coaster like maneuvers to simulate an outer space environment. Its creators plan on adapting conventional sports for weightless and near-weightless environment competition, such as wrestling, table-tennis, and football.
