HP, the computer giant known as Hewlitt Packard, is in the development phase of a new product that is going to bring your computer to your coffee table. No, not ON your coffee table, AS your coffee table.

They are going to use a wireless gateway mechanism that is shaped like a watch. This will stream computer and mobile phone content directly to an electronic mat on your coffee table. The watch and electronic mat will come with what HP is calling a "smart shelf" that will recharge any electronic devices that are put on top of it.

The couch potatoes of the world are going to love this one!
