of old television shows on demand to their computers via a new web portal, In2TV. This content will be supported by advertising and charge no subscription or pay-per-stream fees. As opposed to conventional television networks that insert eight minutes of commercials in their programming, In2TV content will have approximately two minutes of advertisements which can't be skipped or fast-forwarded through. The initial catalog of vintage programming will include shows like "Welcome Back, Kotter", "Bablyon 5", and "The Fugitive". While lower-quality video will be standard, an optional file-sharing network will be a required background application for those who want to stream DVD-quality content so that Warner Brothers does not incur onerous bandwidth expenses.
