Notable bills include the Spyblock Act, outlawing the remote installation of software that collects a computer users' personal data without their consent., and the TRAIN (Technology Retraining and Investment Now) Act, which will provide tax credits of $5,000 to businesses offering computer related training programs.Read the article (PC World, 12-27-05)
