Stem Cells Cure Diabetes
Another point for the team that is pro stem-cell research. In findings published by the Journal of the American Medical Association, a study indicated that stem celllinks therapy was helping patients with Type 1 Diabetes produce their own insulin.

Sure hope someone whose last name rhymes with Smush is reading this. Yet again, we find study upon study supporting stem cell research but it remains highly controversial all the same. This study has not looked at Type 2 Diabetes, and practical applications from the study are at least 5 years away. But if you suffer from Type 1 Diabetes, 5 years probably doesn't seem to be all that far away, does it?
