The Los Angeles Automobile Designers Conference was the showcase for several concept cars by major automobile manufacturers that promoted the theme of Southern California living. Notable vehicles:

Maybach's California Gourmet Tourer (pictured left) has a refrigerator, an Espresso machine, microwave, wine rack, food preparation zone, and fold out table.
GMC's Pad is an "urban loft with mobility" that won a first place award.
Honda's Running Bus is designed specifically for California's fitness culture - its powered by 10 runners on treadmills.
