Looks Like a Duck. Talks Like a Duck. Not a Duck.

Scientists are trying to figure out a way to re-structure DNA in animals to make them more human. What would the point be? Well, research purposes. It is not ethical to conduct certain research on humans. So why not make animals more human? By using animals to study humanistic
effects, scientists may have found a seemingly more ethical way to study humans. My head is spinning trying to figure this out. I question it, I like it, I question it. This makes sense. However, if the DNA is manipulated to become human, aren't we still testing on humans? It looks like a duck and quacks like a duck but it is a human duck. Huh?? Yes, it makes sense, but is it ethical? That is a whole other question.
