Little Letters

, or let's shoot high and say AIDS even, but we don't necessarily need a small bowl of "invisible to the naked eye" alphabet soup. What is this product you say? I just told you, it's a bowl of alphabet soup that is so small that it is, you got it, microscopic.Oh, you want to know what it's used for?! Funny that. For starters, it seems these little letters are uniform in size. And --- ? That's right, that's their feature. The research team is hoping these little letters will be used as cell markers given these letters are smaller than cells themselves. I do get that, but what is wrong with the markers science is already using? Specific dyes are excellent, and probably much cheaper than a box of microscopic alphabet soup. UCLA has even applied for a patent for this product, because God forbid, someone else may try and steal the same useless and impractical idea.
