For those who aren't familiar with the contest, these are the details:
"The subject of Philoneist's inaugural monthly concept contest is none other than the ubiquitous style-affirming and easy-to-use mp3/video player, Apple's iPod. To win a $50 Amazon.com gift certificate, submit a well-written and thought out sketch that delineates all the feasible innovations you'd like to see implemented in a future iPod model by 12 AM on January
14th 2006.The winning entry and honorable selections will be showcased on Philoneist in a Concept Contest feature on January 15th, when the subject for the 2nd Concept Contest will also be announced. With practicality in mind, the bolder your innovations the better; don't be afraid to espouse the virtues of an iPhone, new hierarchy menu system, satellite radio compatibility, a GBA game slot, or whatever potential improvements could be made to the iPod.
Your submission does not need to be accompanied by graphics or diagrams, though where applicable, any supplemental material which helps convey your ideas to a large audience will strengthen your chances. Entries should be 200 words or more. Please submit all entries and questions to Philoneist(-at-)gmail.com with the title "iPod Concept Contest" in the subject line. Good luck!"
