Don't Text and Drive

when driving. This proposal seems to stem from the fact that a large number of teenagers do this, thus resulting in accidents. DUH!I didn't think we'd need an actual law for this. However, it seems that being sensible is not always a virtue with drivers, particularly not with the younger ones. And yes, people have actually died from this. Here's a thought parents: how about simply disabling your kid's SMS facilities for when they are driving? Then maybe we wouldn't need to consume governmental resources policing teenage drivers.
The message? Well, it's not an SMS message, but please don't text and drive.
