NoteShare is document collaboration software which allows a team the ability to access the same text file simultaneously for group editing and viewing from different computers with an active internet connection. Successfully tested with 36 machines running the software while working on the same document, its development team at AquaMinds hasn't yet put a cap on the maximum number of individuals allowed concurrent use of the same file. At any given time during a NoteShare session, only one user with "pen rights" can change the document's content; this power can be passed at will to another person.

In development for Apple OS X, NoteShare is schduled to be released for online download at the end of this month and in-store physical copies should arrive on March 1st.
